Start with a song
So my blog has been used for the last couple of months to either put photos up to prove I'm not dead or rattle on about something really quite trivial. So this now can be a bit of both...
So its a new year....all the best and that malarky. First day back at work after the New Year today and didnt exactly start off feeling all fresh and revived. Very shouty boss and another off ill. Saviour was a 3pm finish. I was this close to walking out. Making me doubt my new masterplans concerning my ahem career.
Im not one for resolutions but I have started (yes the wheeels are in motion) dealing with the long list of changes/improvements that must be made in my life. The first one up is that old favourite...family. I have found a solution to the problem which could turn out to be the best thing I can do or of course the worst. Time will tell, well end of January actually.
The Ranch is sometimes not a happy place to live.
I'm giving up smoking weed during the week. Starts next Monday of course.
I'm seeing a rather nice boy who I look forward to hanging out with on our working v's student lifestyles. Or did I just jinx it?........
House Muva bought me a happy spotty black and white (classy) teapot.
An alternative Christmas day was had after the parentals dropping me back home early afternoon (declining the offer to stay for a drink....not that it was Christmas or anything) to pull huge home made crackers made by Shauna's brother's boyfiend Rick which contained many a suprise gift and we raced our balloons down the street. Rick turned out to be an amazing photographer and abstract artist. I took a real shinning to one of his prints and in my genuine however wasted interest asked for a copy. One was granted in exchange for some random gift however 2 more days of nonsence ment and the deal wasnt done. I will however try and get his email and work something out.

Our visitors had brought some delightful substances and used up all my owed wasted phone calls to Dougal as I lock myself in my room to listen to Faithless to escape from the intense family chat that was going on downstairs.
Boxing Day the Duvet Day. Managed to get dressed only after realising in my wasted state that Dougal was coming to visit and we rule at Cranium. Nice to see a bit of family at Christmas.

Back to work. Office parties. Offering my boss 'boob sweat'.
Hogmanay = Wild weather and lots of walking. House party with good drum and bass DJ and a gold dust and a big new-year-treat-to-myself taxi home.
New Years day was spent raking leaves from the decking and drinking lots of tea. Some things never change but here's to 2007. Cheers!
