Stories

You cant always get what you want (mark 2)

House Mother wants a dog. She cant have a dog so instead she looks after random peoples. An add on the gum tree is always the start of something interesting.

So we have Ben. He comes to stay from Thur-Sun sometimes. He is old and chilled out and his owners cant look after him as much so he just says hello to everyone, barks in the corner and sleeps the whole time. Find house mother and her bitches. Oh and human Ben.

Biscuit came for the weekend. She arrived with a cot and a manual. Prince charles puppy. Fucking high maintenence 3 seconds in the door, runs up the stairs returning with a pair of my knickers. To then in the 'manual' I am told she has a fetish for them. Also handy tips like her favourite foods are smoked salmon and raw peppers. Her owners were off to a christening in London dahling. But the wife assured us that everything will be fine once they have a baby with a glare at the husband. We were mid dress up when the owners came to collect her...

Cuttings

A welcome home gathering had been arranged and The Ranch was filed with the carefuly selected few who could handle whatever mood they were to find me in on those critical first nights back in the real world. Add in some Polish visitors and a strange night was had. I died for 12 hours to find the afthermath of a clearly good night.

I was missed by the household which was nice.

And to wake up one morning to find this. Well it actually pointed out to me.....I'm not that sharp in the morning opening our kitchen door

Awww Bless this Ranch!

Leaving on a jet plane

Well Im currently on the right side of the Atlantic and trying to enjoy my last night in San Fran. A painless yet hot bus/train journey from Reno this morning gave me the chance to catch up with yet more sleeping.

Dougal and I ate chinese after checking into the hostel. If you can call this eating. I think my stomach has shrunk and my body aint handling the eating thing again too well. Left Dougal to his merry ways as I decided that I would have to force myself to be sociable and that was just too much effort tonight.

But yes, I'm not going to start the full Burning Man rant today. As much as I want to at least have a few things to say about the last 3 weeks I dont think you can fully understand what happened until you are back to your same old same old routine. And on that note I have the joys of fixing my Mac when I get home. Fuck.

But tomorrow I will watch the sunrise from somewhere beautiful in San Fran and go ring shopping. And forget about transatlantic flights.
